  • Storage: Recordings are securely stored for a maximum of 24 hours, during which they are transcribed and then permanently deleted.
  • Security: Recordings are encrypted during storage and are not accessible to unauthorised personnel.
  • Consent: By attending a consultation, you consent to the use of AI-assisted recordings for this purpose. If you prefer not to have your session recorded, please notify your practitioner prior to your appointment.
