Growing up in Cronulla as a keen swimmer and waterpolo player Brittany’s passion to study Physio emerged after suffering a number of injuries herself. Brittany completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in 2016.
Upon graduating, she has gained a broad experience working in private practice treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries alongside special interests in rehabilitating hand and wrist injuries and conditions associated with pregnancy and postpartum. In addition, Brittany has acquired invaluable knowledge providing acute physio coverage to Scots College Rugby.
Brittany is an accomplished Skier having competed in National level downhill alpine racing during her school years. She took her passion for skiing further by becoming accredited as a CASI Level 2 Ski Instructor, working during her Uni breaks in Whistler, Canada. If she’s not on ski’s, Brittany is an avid runner and enjoys playing soccer and touch football.
When treating patients, Brittany uses a combination of manual therapy and specific therapeutic exercise to reduce pain and correct instabilities. Brittany is a problem solver and enjoys assessing how a client moves as a whole to target and treat the underlying cause of their pain. She also holds qualifications in Dry Needling.
