Meet Our Chiro

 

Completed her Bachelor and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. She brings a modern and up to date approach to her practice, with a keen interest in the most recent evidence based research and gold standards in chiropractic care.

Discovered her passion for chiropractic early in life when she was successfully treated for scoliosis at age 10. Her interest in and understanding of chiropractic only continued to grow throughout her teenage years as she relied on regular chiropractic care to support her mind and body in an active and varied sporting career.

Has a particular talent for diagnosis of unusual and latent conditions and will specifically tailor the treatment program to each individual’s unique presentation. She favours applying a multidisciplinary approach to treatment utilising a number of modalities which could include soft tissue therapy, muscle release techniques, joint mobilisation and spinal manipulation. 

Is registered in NSW through AHPRA and is available at the clinic Monday through Friday.

We’ll typically answer the phone between (7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If we don’t catch your call, please do leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Alternately, you can book online at anytime (select ‘Chiropractic’ as the service, then select your practitioner).

What to expect at your first appointment

Your first Chiropractic appointment will be about 30 minutes long. Will take a medical history, focusing on your medical history regarding your injury and/or pain. She will have you undertake movement based tests to diagnose if any underlaying contributing factors are the cause of your pain / concern.

You will usually receive treatment on your first visit unless it’s un-safe to do so.

May require you to have further testing completed. These tests may include: full spinal examination, muscle testing, postural assessments, orthopaedic testing or neurological testing. You may be referred for x-rays, however is is not always required to provide a diagnosis or commence treatment.

Return and ongoing visits are usually 15-30 minutes long and offer treatment & periodic comparative assessments to work towards your goals.

Appointment times and fees

Typically available for appointments at our Bridge St clinic between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. Bookings are essential.

Your first appointment with is $170 (allow 30 mins)
Follow-up appointments with are $130 (allow 15-30 mins)

Payment methods available include cash, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Private health fund rebates are available at the time of payment via HICAPS for those with cover for Chiropractic.
